Stefanie began her professional culinary career after graduating from the International Culinary Center in 2012. Over the next several years she worked in acclaimed New York City restaurants including The Mark by Jean Georges, Reynards in the Wythe Hotel, Park Avenue Seasons and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio’s flagship restaurant Craft. 

Stefanie is currently based in New York City and spends time in Nantucket as well.
